- Number of adults
- Number of children and their ages
- Dates required (arrival date and departure date)
- Which cottage you would prefer
- Any special requests or needs
We will call you to obtain other information such as credit card number if that is how you are paying. Never provide any credit information by Email.
A deposit of one night (1-3 day stays) or CAN $350.00 or $500.00 (over 3 day stays) is required to confirm all reservations.
We ask that all accounts are paid in full on the day of arrival.
Payment of both deposit and final full amount can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Cheque or Cash
The deposit (see above) is forfeited if guest arrives after the specified reservation date. It must be understood that a deposit ensures that your accommodations will be available as confirmed and ensures Rustico Acres Cottages that the accommodation is sold as confirmed. Cancellations must be made at least one month in advance of the arrival date and please quote the confirmation number given to you at the time of your reservation.
Upon cancellation of reservations, within the specified time frame, full deposit minus a $20 or $40 handling fee, will be returned. While we do sympathize with situations that arise necessitating your cancellation, we must maintain our policy.
Pets are not permitted. We are sorry for all the inconvenience.

We cannot be sure your cottage will be available and ready for you until 15:00 pm
We have a lot of work to do to get our cottages ready for the guests that will be staying after you. CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00am. Your prompt co-operation is essential so that new guests find their cottage in the same state that you would wish to find it in.
